Eestis sõlmitud abielu lahutamine

Hi, We have a friend that has moved from Estonia to Spain with his husband. They got married in Estonia and now they are facing some couple issues. Our friend wants to have the divorce, and she is not sure how to proceed, can she apply for a divorce online? Can she give a power of attorney to lawyer so they do initiate the divorce process? Or she needs to do the process physically in Estonia?

Abielu lahutamine interneti vahendusel ei ole võimalik. Ka ei ole võimalik abielu lahutada volitatud esindaja kaudu. Kuigi abielu on sõlmitud Eesti, on see võimalik lahutada välisriigis, kui abikaasade elukohaks on see välisriik.
