Hüpoteegiga koormatud kaasomandi ese pankrotimenetluses

Tere! I own one half of the house. My mother owns other half of the house. My mother went to bankruptcy and other half of house was sold in auction. There is `bank loan with "hypoteeka" on house, loan is on my mother and my mothers ex-spouse (not my relative). After auction hypoteek was removed from other part of the house, and now loan encumbers only my part of house (in kinnisvararegister). Change is commented: "enampakkumise akti alusel muudetud" Whole auction process seemed also strange. At first auction, it was mentioned that hypoteek would be removed. Bank did not agree on that, and auction was cancelled. Then second auction was kept, and there was not any mention about removal of hypoteek. Yet hypoteek was removed after auction. Bank does not seem interested now, which looks also strange. If other part of house would be sold on similar auction, with similar price, bank would not probably get its own money back, which should not be purpose of hypoteek, as far i understand. Basically value of my ownership down or zero, as whole loan is now on my half. Is there anything i could do to protect the value of my ownership? This does not seem fair to me, as i was not any part of the bankruptcy or loan, only sharing house ownership. Tänud! Voib kirjuta tagasi ka eesti keeles kui tahate.
