I need legal opinion after multiple request and showing all evidence that my Driving license is original, transport department and police department is not exchanging to estonian license when i am asking it back they not returning back declared it as forged without giving any valid reasons .So pls help and guide me How to get my original Indian driving license back from ppa for data privacy because it contains my all personal identifier, PII, photo, address and it's still valid in India till 17 Dec 2030 attaching details below . running since August 2025 to transport department, police department, I requested multiple times to share contact details of an expert to provide any further information and explanation but instead I directly got a criminal case registered against me and called in the police station like a criminal by summoning for interrogation. Since then I have been getting sleepless nights affecting my health and work. I got a summons to appear in front of an officer on 14 November but I got mail on 10 November to appear immediately at 10 AM so I left everything and ran to the police station. Otherwise there was a fine of 3000 euros. When I reached the station, the officer said she sent a letter by mistake.I requested legal help at the time of interrogation but the officer suggested that its simple questions and answers and a lawyer were not required and proceed with the interrogation . I have shown all the original documents at the time of interrogation but still the officer is not agreeing .Again I tried to reach after a week but I again got a letter that no further communication/details will be provided or addressed in this matter I dont have any driving license now
